Position Overview:

As the Senior Executive - CPA Roll-Up Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our strategic initiative to acquire and integrate small CPA practices into our expanding portfolio. This role demands a seasoned CPA professional with a proven track record in overseeing acquisitions, handling complex tax and audit issues, and optimizing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment, contributing to the success of our platform through exceptional leadership and financial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive acquisition strategy for integrating small CPA practices into the company's portfolio.
  2. Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of acquired practices, ensuring seamless integration and efficient processes.
  3. Financial Leadership: Take charge of the Profit and Loss statement, actively managing revenue growth, streamlining expenses, and ensuring profitability targets are met.
  4. Complex Tax and Audit Issues: Handle escalations and provide expert guidance on intricate tax and audit matters, demonstrating a deep understanding of regulatory compliance.
  5. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive overall growth and market leadership.
  6. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.

Qualifications:

  • CPA certification is a must
  • Proven experience in leading acquisitions and managing the integration of diverse business entities
  • In-depth knowledge of tax and audit regulations with a track record of resolving complex issues
  • Strong financial management skills with the ability to optimize P&L
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
